(^_^) 4EXT vs Clockwork Recovery. What does everybody here prefer and why? If I chose to go back to clockwork, do I just flash it like normal or is it a different procedure?

[Q] 4EXT vs Clockwork Recovery
There was one other thread about this but only one comment. I have always used clockwork recovery and have been happy with it, I recently installed SENSEaY and it overwrote clockwork and added 4EXT. I'd like a little more info if possible
